Can polyps spread after a hysterectomy surgery and should i be tested?

No: Polyps in the uterine cavity are not uncommon as a cause of abnormal bleeding. They are unrelated to polyps in the colon and do not "spread". Although there are often less invasive ways to remove polyps, a hysterectomy has certainly cured the problem.
