Must take in context: You shouldn't base a diagnosis of lyme disease on a single band of a western blot. A history of tick bite in an area where lyme disease is common, and rash are other important factors. The symptoms you report could be due to many things. Speak to your doctor.

Possible Lyme: The 23 kda band is specific for /yme, but the lab test isn't the only diagnostic method. Have you been active in a tick infested area? The symptoms you describe could be lyme, but also other conditions. You should try to find a lyme literate doctor and get evaluated asap.
