See an ID doctor: If you have had this illness for 10 wks you should see an infectious diseases expert. This is their bread and butter, finding out the cause of things that have confounded others. Hope you get better soon.

Other infections: Possibly viral infection, but if you have risk factors for lyme disease (exposure to activities outdoors in tick infested areas, histry of tick bite, em rash, indoor/outdoor pets) but negative lyme test , it's still possible that it's lyme. Other infections associated with lyme disease, such as bartonella, babesia, ehrlichea can also be transmitted by ticks and present some of these symptoms.
