No: I do not think that they are related at all, but you need to see doctor for the itchy spot to get proper cream for it.

DVT AND BAKER'S CYST: There is no relationship between having a Baker's cyst and developing DVT. Nor is there any relationship between the itchy spot on your thigh and your propensity to develop DVT. The 3 main causes of DVT are increased clotting , injury to a vein and venous stasis.
