Diet, exercise, meds: The first step is to change the structure of your eating. Rather than 3 large meals, you should be eating multiple small meals. In fact, you should really eat a small amount every 2 hours. Grazing like the animals. Because every time you eat, it spikes your metabolism. Adding that framework will put you on the fast track to weight loss. Add regular walking and frequent water too.
