Nonsurgical options.: You have unfortunately entered the world of chronic pain, which has its own set of rules. In my opinion, more surgery will only compound the problem. Your body does not know how to dial down the pain, so you now have to re-train the body. Biofeedback is an excellent tool for retraining the nervous system, and for helping to minimize the need for opioids.
