Probably Not: There are different kinds of "brain cancers" or tumors - some are more dangerous than others. I would take the diagnosis of any brain tumor very serious and talk with specialists for more information. I am not aware of any successful alternative treatments or medication for brain tumors.

Not really: Alternative therapy is unlikely to produce a true medical positive intervention for any cancer, including grade 3 brain ca. However, it is not likely to hurt-at least in most cases(there are harmful alternative therapies) and i suggest that my patients empower themselves to use any alternative intervention as long as they tell me what they are doing so i can prevent use of a harmful treatment.

Yes, however...: There are definitely alternative medicines to treat it but the degree to which they are successful is in question. It depends on the type of brain cancer. Dr. Burzynski's anti-neoplastin therapy is promising. Cannabis oil has shown promise in animal studies- see http://santacruz.Patch.Com/articles/cannabis-oil-fights-cancer dca is promising: http://www.Thedcasite.Com/ consult a knowledgeable doc.
