Throat hurts to even stick out my tongue, swallow and talk! been like this for a week! not strep.. how to cure?.. & fast!

Try these: Gargle with warm salt water and/or listerine. Take tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen with food as needed. Hope these would work.

Gargle: Old remedy - gargle with peroxide, better is to gargle with Peridex (chlorhexidine gluconate) (rx from dentist or physician).
