You get them often?: Aphateous ulcer or canker sore almost always starts as a red spot then white patchy or develops a tingling or burning sensation before any other symptoms are obvious. If you have a canker sore, your mouth will feel painful. Usually heals on its own within 10 to 14 days. To be sure see your doctor or dentist.
