Predict Menses: Most women want to predict their cycles. When menses are irregular then you are probably not ovulating. Irregular cycles are normal at the beginning and end of reproduction. Simple: track basal body temperatures or ovulation prediction kits. Opk are expensive if cycles are irregular - start with bbt. Google these terms and see your doc for more details. Best wishes.
