4-6 weeks: The first week after surgery is the most difficult. You'll likely have splints inside your nose and will be swollen. The normal healing course takes some time and i reccomend 4-6 weeks of no heavy lifting while recovering. If you overly exert yourself you run the risk of having a nose bleed requiring a trip to the er or return trip to surgery. Ask your physician for specific instructions.
