Lopsided Face: As this always the case, or have you suddenly developed a "drooping" visage? You may have always had asymmetry, and many people do - including some very famous people, like winston churchill there is a congenital condition known as "hemifacial microsomia, " which is the same thing. On the other hand, if this seemed to have developed obpvernight, you need to deck in with your doctor and i discuss it.
