I have seasonal allergy and taking allegra (fexofenadine) d 24 hour. my blood pressure is gone up. can the drug be the cause? will my bp go down when i stop?

The D in your meds: Is sudafed which is a stimulant, thus it can raise the blood pressure. Once u stop taking the meds, the BP should normalize. Consider switching to plain Allegra , Claritin (loratadine) or zyrtec which have minimal effect on bp. Take care!
