Milia in adults: may result after something clogs the ducts leading to the skin surface such as an injury, burn, blister. The location you describe, around the eye, is common. Treatments include piercing each milium with a sterile lancet or scalpel followed by removal of the cyst material with a comedone extractor, done by a Dermatologist.Retinol is also prescribed; your description may reflect effective treatment
