Not normal: People do not usually cough up blood. However, it can be residual blood from a nose bleed. It can also be an irritated throat from the cough leading to broken blood vessels or mucosa breakdown. However, it could be a serious infection like tuberculosis. Seek medical attention immediately, especially with weakness and dizziness.
