Don't expect more: Muscle twitches are seldom worrisome; most people get them and they usually mean nothing. I think they're nerves doing self-maintenance. Manage your acid reflux (meds, maybe prop up the head of your bed), stay fit) and your physician will decide about imaging based on the character of your abdominal pain.
