I had a bladder infection n got antibiotics and it didn't go away same for a uti what is causing this?

You need to get a urine culture, which will idtify the type of bacteria causing UTI & sensitivity testing of urine culture will identify which antibiotics will be either effective or not. You can then be treated with the appropriate antiotic & UTI should clear up.
