?Wrong antibiotics: Germs causing a UTI or bladder infection, which is the most common type of uti, were likely resistant to antibiotic prescribed. You need to get a urine culture, which will idtify the type of bacteria causing UTI & sensitivity testing of urine culture will identify which antibiotics will be either effective or not. You can then be treated with the appropriate antiotic & UTI should clear up.
