Need more info: Low abdominal pain with radiation into lower back can indicate many different conditions. Coughing increases the pressure in the abdomen, so pain with coughing can be a sign of irritation of the abdominal lining. Things that could be going on are appendicitis, diverticulitis, kidney stone, & many others. More history would be helpful & would help decide which labs & xrays would be most helpful.

Anything: Most people think their whole abdomen is their stomach, but the stomach is in the upper middle or upper left of the abdomen. If your lower abdomen hurts, that could be your skin, muscles, bladder, uterus, or intestines. If the upper part of your abdomen hurts, it could be acid reflux, pancreatitis, or other problems. See a doctor for an assessment.
