I keep getting this sharp stabbing pain in my right shoulder that shoots down to my right lower back it will last for seconds. what is this?

See below: Shoulder pain can or referred. Common referred sources include: abdomen, heart and neck. Shoulder sources include: arthritis, labral tears, instability, tendinitis, rotator cuff tears, bursitis, painful bony spurs etc. Shoulder blade pain can be from the neck or bursitis around the blade and can radiate into the upper back. "lower back" pain is unlikely from the shoulder. See an orthopedist.

See PCP: Sounds like muscle spasm. Try heat. See your pcp if it persists.
