I've been having pain in left shoulder blade in to my chest and going to lower back. very painful and nothing is helping can you help please?

Injections?: Commonly, shoulder blade pain can be from the neck or bursitis around the blade. Ribcage/chest pain can be from rib joints. Sometimes, trigger point steroid injection of the shoulder balde bursitis can be helpful along with physical therapy, and medications such as muscle relaxants and anti-inflammatories. See an orthopedist.
