Physical exam: You need an examination. These symptoms are worrisome....Point to gastrointestinal promblem....Do you smoke, drink? Do you have heart burn, nausea, vomiting, dark stools, blood in the stools, diarrhea....? Is it simple acidity or something else.... Pancreas? Go to your doctor. Thank you.
