i think i have a bartholin's cyst. but it says there, one of the symptoms is fever and im not experiencing it. the lump is on my labia majora.

Fever only if infect: Bartholin cysts without infection do not cause fever.

It doesn't appear to be a bartholins cyst based on what you are saying. It may be an ingrown hair perhaps.
