See answer: An infected Bartholin's or sebaceous cyst would be most likely and occur in inner part of labia minora. An infected skene's duct cyst occurs adjacent to opening of urethra. Treatment: moist heat and antibiotics may cure an infected gland/small abscess. However, as a rule, the larger the abscess, the less chance that antibiotics alone will be effective and incision/drainage by md will be required.
