I have poly cystic ovary & my period is irregular.how would i understand the time of maturity of my ovarian follicles?

Very difficult: It is very difficult to follow ovulation when your cycles are very irregular. You can try ovulation predictor kits. However, to avoid frustration, please see you gynecologist or a fertility specialist. Your doctor should be able to start you on ovulation inducing medications.

PCOS: Unfortunately pcos patients do not ovulate often and help for a fertility specialist is what you need.
