Miscommunication: The brain is separated from the orbits by bone, so the brain itself cannot literally press on the eyes or hemorrhage into the orbits (unless severe trauma). However, increased intracranial pressure can cause swelling of the optic nerves and hemorrhage in the eyes, and some people can also get hemorrhage into the eyes from bleeding into the subarachnoid fluid (terson's syndrome) via the optic nerve.
