Calcium: Calcium and vit d are good for bone and tooth health. Eat yogurt, low fat milk, dairy products, fortified cereals, vegetables to get natural sources of these elements. You can take a general multivitamin, but be careful adding extra doses of specific vitamins on top of a multivitamin. This can give you too much, which can be unhealthy.
