Not true blockage: Excessive mucus or debris can temporarily block the fallopian tube that the hsg procedure can unblock. A true blockage with adhesions cannot be fixed.

Hsg: Usually mucus plugs or debris. A true obstruction from scarring or adhesions cannot be unblocked this way, only with surgery.
