Possible lipoma: With out seeing it or w/o more information it is impossible to tell you what this is. If it is non-tender and mobile chances are that it is a benign lesion and nothing to worry about======something like a lipoma. -----> but <-------- it is always best to show it to a doctor and get a complete physical. May be stye or cyst.: A meibomian cyst or conjunctival granuloma is a lump usually of the upper eyelid caused by obstruction & inflammation of a gland of the eyelid that produces lubricating fluid for the surface of the eye. There are 30-40 of these in each eyelid. Generally these are not painful nor discolored, but can be annoying. A stye is an infected oil gland of the edge of the eyelid; these resemble a pimple.
