Vomiting and diarrhe: Please have your baby be checked by his pediatrician or an ed doctor asap. From your description, he may be in shock due dehydration.

Depends....: There are different causes for vomiting&diarrhea. Obviously viral gastroenteritis is among the more common reasons. The worst virus is the rotavirus which if not kept hydrated with oral electrolyte fluids such as pedialyte can lead to dehydration. Dehydration could explain the clamminess and unusual fatigue. Also electrolyte imbalance--think low potassium--might be another explanation. See his md.
