Terrible periods if i don't take pain pill. vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, paleness, and a kind of numb feeling in right thigh/leg. way to cure?

See ur Dr and get: Checked for ibs, fibroids, endometriosis, stress, anemia, neuropathy, thyroid/autoimmune condition etc. God bless u!

Pelvic congestion: Pelvic congestion and fluid retention which start premenstrually may cause some of your symptoms. Ask your gynecologist if he or she will prescribe a mild diuretic several days before your period is due as this might ameliorate some of your discomfort. Take a potassium supplement with it however. If no diuretic use, restrict your salt intake premenstrually.
