No: If you feel well, i would not give this a moment's thought. In fact, i'm surprised -- a high Albumin usually means dehydration; were you just in from a run? This can explain the high hematocrit as well. Many folks have high alk phos if nonfasting. If your physician is not concerned, i'm not either. "treat the patient, not the number.".
