A member asked:

These are high mpv 92.0, mch 30.7, bun/creat ratio 43.40, bilirbuin 1.5 and alkaline phosphatase 140. to low co2 21, creatinine 0.36, 5 years old?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Meaningless.: In a 5 year old in whom the rest of CBC and blood biochemistries are normal, these results are meaningless. If the labs were done because of an illness, there is nothing here that points to any diagnosis; if they were routinely done on a healthy child, there is nothing here to question hos or her health.
