Yes: You absolutely could. Treatment would depend on the cause. I would assume they found this out through a lumbar puncture. The fluid analysis should tell a lot.

Meds or surgery: In the absence of CNS pathology, increased icp can be idopathic. The raised icp may be confirmed with spinal fluid pressure measurement. A neurology and or neurosurgery consulted is typically recommedned for management. The fluid analysis would be important.
