Need more info.: Would need more information. Where is the cyst located? In the thyroid? What is the size of the cyst? Most cysts are benign and of no consequence, and not likely related to colon cancer. See your doctor who ordered the test to tell what the cyst indicates for you.

Hard to say: You can have cystic metastases with colon cancer and they could go to the neck. Depends on if it has been there for a long time or whether it is new. If it has been there for a long time, it could represent a congenital branchial cleft cyst. Again, hard to say, based on just limited info.
