Try Try Again!: Seems that you are forming a mature follicle which is rupturing at mid cycle and presumably releasing an egg. If your tubes are open and your partner's semen is deemed adequate then one would hope that you will conceive. If no success after 6 months you may need to seek more specialized fertility evaluation and possible ovarian stimulation..
