Need more info...: Hard to answer this one without more information. How long? Nipple discharge? Breast feeding/not? I'm guessing the two are not related as the "clean sticky discharge" sounds pretty normal for a 33 year old woman, especially mid-cycle. If the burning nipple doesn't get better, please see a doctor for an exam.
