Hard to Say: Itching can be caused by infection, but it can be as likely general skin irritation. If the irritation doesnt subside, sometimes a skin paste like desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream) or boudreauxs butt paste used for diaper rash can give skin relief. Use it anywhere outside the hymen.
