Vaginal discharge: Nipple discharge should only occur in pregnancy. It does, however, occur if there is repetitive nipple stimulation. You should have an and possible ultrasound. Not all vaginal discharge is abnormal. If you discharge is persistent with odor and/or itch, it should be evaluated to rule out infection.
