Lots of stuff here.: Nipple discharge tends not to be associated with vaginal discharge so i think these are two separate processes going on. Given your age, there is some degree of risk of having breast pathology and so i would consult your pcp and consider getting breast imaging and a prolactin level, which is a hormone that can be abnormally elevated and produce breast discharge.
