Claritin (loratadine): I would stop the Claritin (loratadine) for 1 week to see if there is a difference. That is the simplest way to figure this out.

Not necessarily: Claritin (loritadine) is not known to reduce volume & is considered one of the safest allergy medications for breastfeeding moms. However, there is a possibility that your system might respond this way. A nasal steroid may help you address your allergy needs while you take a break from the Claritin & see if your volume comes up.
