I do not: Associate beta blocker therapy with DVT directly. And DVT is the usual cause of pe, so i would say no association.

Unlikely: Hypercoagulation is not a recognized side effect of propranolol. However since Propranolol has effects on the beta receptors in the lungs, it may make the effects of a pulmonary embolism more noticable.

Never heard of it: I guess anythings possible, but I have never seen a PE from propranolol.
