Possible side effect: If the dizziness is new to you, stays or worsens or has new additions tell your prescribing Dr ASAP. No cause to think of embolism here. Consider Tx for the anxiety if it is freq or chronic. Here's signs of the concern you have: http://www.medicinenet.com/pulmonary_embolism/page3.htm#what_are_the_signs_and_symptoms_of_pulmonary_embolism Don't fret - it will make it worse. Yes: This is challenging as many medications for anxiety have been shown to possibly have effects on some babies. Need to discuss with your doctor, ideally before you become pregnant.

Clomipramine: One of the best medications for OCD is called clomipramine, aka anafranil. It is in the class of medications called tricyclic antidepressants. While is may have more side-effects than paxil, (paroxetine) it may also be more benefits. Also, Paxil (paroxetine) can raise the levels of clomipramine which could potentially affect one's heart, so it is best to be off Paxil (paroxetine) for at least one week before taking the first dose.

No: A simple pulmonary function test is not an exercise test requiring running or biking. It is just recording breathing volumes during normal breathing and forced expiration.

Maybe: Anxiety can be treated with medications for daily feelings with paxil, buspar, (buspirone) or if needed with like xanax if only occasionally. Natural remedies are vitamin d, holy basil, calm's forte, hypnosis, acupuncture, and getting your thyroid and adrenal hormones checked since they are also linked to anxiety.
