Safe antibiotics: Penicillin is safe to take during pregnancy, even the third trimester. There are other antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin and Doxycycline that are not recommended to be taken in pregnancy. Check with your obstetrician or pharmacist before taking any medications while pregnant to be sure they are safe.
