It depends: Inverted t wave means that part of the ekg complex is a negative deflection, going below the baseline. In some leads of the ekg it is normal to have an inverted t wave. If it is an abnormal t wave inversion, it may be due to electrolyte abnormalities, or may indicate a reduction in blood flow to that part of the heart (ischemia). Ask your doctor about your particular ekg.

Inverted T?: It could mean many things, one of which is decreased blood supply to your heart. Conventional ECG is not accurate in detecting ischemia (lack of blood supply's), multifunction cardiogram is a much better choice! http://en.M.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/multifunction_cardiogram.
