Diet and exercise: If your thyroid has been tested and is normal you need instruction from a registered dietitian and programs like weight watchers will also help. Sometimes counseling is helpful. There is no diet pill that doesn't have potential side effects and they only work as long as you take them. Try working with diet and exercise, it's something you can live with.
