No easy answer: You have a bmi of 35.8, obese. You should see a doctor to make sure you have no medical reason for your weight problem, such as hypothyroidism. Weight loss will always come down to eating fewer calories than you burn up. If you can maintain a lower calore diet (around 1600 calories for someone your size) and do aerobic exercise such as walking 15 miles (33 km) weekly regularly, you will lose it.

Diet and exercise: If your thyroid has been tested and is normal you need instruction from a registered dietitian and programs like weight watchers will also help. Sometimes counseling is helpful. There is no diet pill that doesn't have potential side effects and they only work as long as you take them. Try working with diet and exercise, it's something you can live with.
