I had a vaginal hysterectony about 5 weeks ago and shcdule to go back to work, but i'm still spotting blood, should i go back to work?

Probably just fine: Some light spotting can continue for several weeks after a vaginal hysterectomy. It is very unlikely that going back to work will make anything worse. If you're feeling good, and want to go back to work, you should be fine. But you should be seen by your surgeon soon to be certain things are healing ok. And be sure nothing enters the vagina until you are cleared by your surgeon.

Should be OK: A little spotting that long after a hyst is not likely to be a big problem and you should be able to resume your activity. If the bleeding persists, see your doctor.
