Not necessarily: No bleeding alone does not imply cancer as the cause. It can be due to benign causes too. But a visual examination will often show a tumor. Otherwise your gynecologist can monitor and find out the cause of bleeding. I hope they did not leave the cervix behind when hysterectomy was done.
