Several possible dx: pain, bleeding or spotting after hysterectomy should be evaluated. Rare things such as uterine artery aneurysm, artery-venous fistula, cyst in ovary or fallopian tube could lead to your symptoms. Okay to go to your regular doctor to discuss imaging, CT scan of your abdomen and pelvis and referral. Take friend with you, be well.

It could be: nothing other than scar tissue , or you still have cervix need professional evaluation , have to see your gynocologist
