Most are OK but...: Eating mostly fruits & vegies is the healthiest diet! the only vegies i might avoid are french fries/other deep-fried vegies. Minimize fruits with the most sugar- generally tropical fruits like mangoes, pineapple & watermelon. None help cellulite: A healthy balanced diet, " eat food, not too much, mostly plants." read "in defense of food", by michael pollan if you are interested in learning to eat right. Exercise regularly, drink plenty of water, and get some lymphatic massages. For stubborn resistant areas a procedure called "cellulaze". Good luck, don't lose hope, fighting this is a lifelong goal.
