Maybe: Diet plays a part in increasing pre-albumin levels and that does play a role in wound healing and possible improving the immune system. In the absolute prevention of developing an infectious cellulitis that would be another matter.

Whats the cause ?: Cellulitis is an inflammation (red, hot swollen and tender) of the skin and soft tissues. It can be cause by many things such as bacteria, sunburn, vein disease and trauma all of which have different treatments. Depending on where it occurs and what is the cause, changes the treatment. Prealbumin is a measure of nutritional state. They are not really related though poor nutrition slows healing.
